Gina I was amazing to work with….she helped with the design and handled all changes this crazy customer asked for with grace! When some issues occurred with one of her sub contractors, she immediately took charge and solved the issues quickly and effectively. Love my Latham fiberglass pool!

Gina responded whenever I had a question, the end result was wonderful in my view. GINA took on a rehab project that other pool companies were not interested in. If I had taken the time to think I probably would have gone with more concrete deck around pool.

I purchased a Viking Fiberglass Pool from Al Stern at Mid West Fiberglass pools. From start to finish my new pool was slapped together and no one cared about the installation. The pool was cracked two times and no one would except reasonability for the workmanship. At the end of the day I received about eighty percent if our investment back from the insurance company. We bought a pool from AL and when the guy came to lay out where the pool and deck was going the plans were short on the pool deck. The guy called AL he came over and looked, he saw the problem and told us it was going to be another $2,400. IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR! Needless to say my husband gave him the money. Also he hires cheap, not licensed, bonded people to do the work. One guy drank and always was leaving to go the store and I could he was high on something. They put the railings in the wrong place so he had a guy come move them and he did touch up on the paint on the deck and it was a different color and he laid the sod that was tore up and in doing that he cut the corner too close to the screened inclosure and ripped the metal panel off the side.
