These guys are great. Friendly, courteous and will answer all of your worries or questions. We bought a shelter and are having it installed shortly. Will update with photos afterwards. So far it has been a pleasant experience. Mark came out and surveyed the area for the shelter to be installed and answered any and all of our concerns about the install. Won't go wrong with this company. Well worth the price and fast, friendly service. Especially in the off-season, keep these guys busy and be prepared for Tornado season. Thank you for your help.

Looks like a quality product and a good price. Great customer service experience. I was originally quoted early August install time frame, they were able to install today (mid May). I live on a very rocky hillside with a stump in the way and that didn't seem to be a problem at all. Didn't tear up my yard or driveway. Hell I even had a pile of rocks to the side and they threw them into the backfill!

If I could give Midwest Storm Shelter more than 5 stars I would. I knew I would need to be patient once I got on their project list because of the weather but once I did, they pretty much kicked butt. The installation was impressive. I ordered the largest under garage shelter they had. Both Blake and Steve worked tirelessly for 2, 12- hour days to complete the project and I am incredibly pleased with the outcome. This particular project is part of the KS Residential Safe Room program so there was I lot of paperwork the manufacturer and installer needed to complete for me to get the rebate. I commissioned Mid West Storm Shelters back in July and paid half down in cash for a 6x4 shelter. I was advised it would be ready end of November or December. I did a lot of shopping around before I chose them. Yesterday, I got a call from Mitch Saying I was scheduled for delivery for tomorrow and they had been trying to reach me. It was all by text and one message just said Hello, which I assumed was from some creeper and promptly deleted. My delivery was was done by Lee who was quite friendly and a strange man who was smoking in my garage without my permission. My garage is still my home. Both men spat on my driveway.
