I responded to a mailer suggesting an introductory lawn treatment, and within a few days Avery, the technician, arrived right on schedule to begin service. After a Spring 2025 Poa annua mini-crisis that turned into a full-blown infestation by Spring 2026 across both my front and rear Emerald Zoysia lawns, it was a relief to see a professional treatment plan put into motion. Avery clearly knows his craft. He took the time to explain what he was doing, how the treatment works, and what kind of timeline to realistically expect for improvement. I especially appreciated that he set clear expectations rather than promising overnight results. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Avery — well done.

Trey did a great job, ensuring that all areas of my lawn were treated. He took his time without rushing but was still efficient in applying the fertilizer/weed control treatment. My lawn looks great!
