So happy that I chose them. I have seen their trucks many times in the neighborhood and decided to use them. The two men here were very professional, neat and respectful of my home. Sharon in the office is also terrific and very timely with her responses to me. She made sure that all my needs were understood and the electricians came fully prepared. Great team all around. I love this company and the people that work there. Sharon is the best she is your first point of contact. She sets up the estimates after that you can have Wes (is best) and the others are just as good. Sharon does like to keep consistencey with the workers for repeat business and be back business., As a Realtor I always recommend them because no matter what the job is it is done right the first time and I always pass inspections with their work. I needed to have a garbage disposal hooked up. For some reason there was a miscommunication and the young man that was sent did not have the experience needed for a new installation. That was remedied and all was fine until I got my bill and saw that I was billed for the first service call. I sent an angry email message and got a phone call the next day saying the charge would be refunded. It's really good to know that there are companies like Chambers Electric who have integrity and treat customers so well.
