Mike provided wonderful service and response when we our glass stove top cracked. Mike had the part ordered that night and repair done the morning after it came in. We'll be calling Mike for any of our kitchen and laundry repair needs. Highly recommend!

Had one of those box stores come to install a new dishwasher and they said they couldn’t do it because of the way it was going to be situated. I gave up on ever having a dishwasher again. Mike was referred to me and I decided to try again. Mike was on time for our scheduled appointment and accessed my dilemma. I quickly ordered a new dishwasher and scheduled Mike to install it. He came to my house on a Friday afternoon to remove the old dishwasher and ran into a problem and was told I needed a plumber. He recommended someone that came Monday morning! The new dishwasher was delivered at 3:30 and Mike was there within the hour. Mike was not only professional but was efficient. We called Mike to repair our dishwasher, that was running a failure code. He was on-time and knew right away what it was - a faulty sensor. He made the repair quickly, charged a very reasonable fee and also helped secure the machine better for us. I wish I could give Mike 10 stars, and highly recommend him.

The drain pump on my Frigidaire dishwasher would not shut off and an error code would not clear. I was going to call Frigidaire service today as recommended by the appliance store. Then I was reading the great reviews for Mike and decided to call him instead. I'm SO GLAD I did. Mike knew immediately what I was describing as the issue. He gave me a quick explanation of the cause and suggested how it could be fixed. He said if I wasn't comfortable giving the fix a try, he could set up a time to do it. Being a bit handy, I decided to pull the dishwasher out and try what he had described and told him if I had any problems, I would call him back to set up a visit. In less than 30 mins, I had resolved the problem. Mike's advice worked like a charm. Advice to a complete stranger. Who does tha
