Exceptionally skilled and thorough, Steven Sherman conducted a detailed walkthrough of the house, including the exterior and important maintenance points. He then performed a comprehensive inspection of the basement, covering every aspect in depth, before addressing the cosmetic details of the rest of the home. The inspection lasted approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Extremely patient, he answered all our questions, offered valuable recommendations, and delivered a report within 2 hours of the inspection. His inputs and experience definitely requires more than 5 stars. I highly recommend Steven Sherman for a home inspection.

The first time he saved me from buying a house with foundation issues and the second time he moved his schedule around to help meet my inspection deadline and provided the inspection report a few hours later. When Mr. Sherman conducts an inspection of a home he thoroughly explains everything to the buyer and answers all questions you may have in a way you can understand and helps you learn how to care and maintain for your home as well as prioritize needed repairs that are urgent or may require future attention. I booked Steven at the last hour since we needed to get our inspection done as soon as possible. He took the short notice and was there right on time. Steven was extremely professional and visibly knowledgeable about the inspection. He explained it to us very eloquently and even gave us suggestions that were extremely helpful to us. He took his time to make sure we understood everything and was very patient. You can just tell he has been doing this for a while. He deserves 7 stars.
