Brendon and his team are amazing. I had previously had a small project done by Ruhan General Contracting to replace an old. bulkhead basement door. After being extremely impressed with th quality and quickness of work I decided to work with Brendan again on a larger project to remove an existing mudroom and add a new sunroom with rear exit onto my house. Everything, from connecting me to an architect, to supporting the special permitting/variance process with the town, updating plans, waiting for approvals, pausing the start date, finally getting started and then full completion of the work, Brendon was there for me. And the quality of work and quickness is unparalleled. The crew he employs did my entire project in less than 45 working days! That includes demo, site prep, all subcontract

If I could give them 100 ⭐️ I would. Ruhan completely transformed my house into something I am so proud of. My house was super outdated, didn’t have any kind of flow and just needed a big glow up. They were extremely well at communicating, got us a quote quickly and got to work. They knocked some walls down, new wood floors, sanded and stained, completely new kitchen, cabinets, counters, appliances, new paint, evening out the ceilings, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing, doors & trim. Where the walls were they put new wood floor down, it was so flawless you would never know there were walls there before. Every single person that worked on our house was an expert at their craft and they were also very nice and respectful. I would recommend Ruhan to anyone who has a house project.

We hired Brendon and his team to build a new primary bedroom in our home. This included tearing down a wall (room was originally two smaller rooms), building a new closet, adding new carpet, painting. Brendon and his team were truly amazing to work with. In a world with so many horror stories regarding Contractors, these guys were great. The project was done efficiently and with outstanding quality. Brendon was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process regarding each step, and very fast to respond to any questions or requests. Ruhan Construction was a great partner in making our back deck livable and truly a show piece for our home. Our aged deck needed replacement and at 15'x30' in size and 6 feet off the ground this was no easy feat. The guys were on time, friendly, professional and total craftsmen.
