This is one hometown business to be truly appreciated. Have been dealing with them off and on for many years and have never been disappointed with their work or response. We are now renting a water softener through them, installation was efficient and all follow up calls have been responded to on a respectful and quick way. Most impressive is that all my calls were answered by a live person.

Our Maytag refrigerator in our motorhome quit working, so we called to see if they could at least troubleshoot our issue so we could know whether it was repairable or if we needed to plan for a replacement. Bryan called to confirm our appointment, and arrived almost to the minute when he said he would. He had the diagnosis within minutes, and after he confirmed a replacement circuit board was in stock at the warehouse , he said he would return that same day to complete the repair. He was back in record time, and quickly had the new part installed, and all was working! Bryan was very friendly and professional. Great job Bryan!

We called Mike Logan's to get a second opinion. The first company we used didn't trouble shoot, and instead showed us a glossy pamphlet quoting us over $10K to replace our whole system. The Mike Logan's guy showed up (don't remember his name), trouble shot our unit, found the problem, and then got us a quote to fix the problem, or replace the whole thing. We opted to replace the unit (outdoor A/C unit). Total price: $2,500. It all happened very promptly, and we were very pleased with the service we received.

We called and scheduled service to check out a noisy heat pump, thinking that unit was going to have to be replaced we expected the worst. Their technician was prompt and after examination adjusted the timing on a valve. The results reduced our electric usage and gave us a few more years on our existing equipment.
