Called to have a shower facet fixed. Was told he was busy most of the week would get to us the end of the week. Called that Friday to let us know he was coming that day during lunch. We emptied our entire master walk in closet so he could access the plumbing. He called at 2:30 to let us know there was an emergency and he couldn’t make it and he’d call back over the weekend. Never actually called back again. Also had one of the plumbers that works for him install an expansion tank that we didn’t need. Had another plumber come back to fix the real issue with a $30 fix. Customer service is bad and the plumbing is inconsistent depending on who shows up to do the job.

Great guy that works hard and takes pride in the job. Got to know Mike and John during a 3 day boiler removal/installation job I had done. Very nice people to work with. HIGHLY recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

He might be a great plumber but I wouldn't know it. Six hours after I called and he still hadn't called me. I talked to his office three times. If I'd known I would've called another plumber.

My hot water heater broke and I left a message which was returned in an hour. He installed a new water heater the next say.

Called for an appointment, and was strung along by Mike and his answering service for three days with promises of call backs (that never came) and (missed) appointments. Finally he just stopped returning calls. Definitely not recommended.
