Mike's Floorcovering

We had a fantastic experience with Mike's Floorcovering!! They completed our hardwood floor installation quickly, were very reasonably priced, extremely kind and courteous, and were accurate on measurements. Before our installation, we hired a great local plumbing company to remove a toilet, dishwasher, and washer/dryer and also hired Austin Dustless LLC to do the tile demolition work. Mike's Floorcovering came the following day to level and prep the floor's surface, allowing the surface to dry properly overnight. The next day, Mike's Floorcovering arrived early and stayed late, installing our new hardwood flooring and completing our 500 feet of remodeled space. We had a great experience with Mike's Floorcovering, for our bathroom remodel. From the moment we walked in the store, they were great. Cheyenne showed us every thing in within our budget. Renee came and did the measurments, and Lewis showed up each day as promised and completed the work on time as scheduled. Cheyenne keep us posted on the time line. The bathroom looks great. What a pleasure to deal with a local company with great customer service and a fair price for an excellent job. Thank all of you for a job well done.

I do not recommend and would not give any stars. Not once did they call me about anything. I was the person running my install. Checking on delivery, when the installers would show up etc. They did not send out anyone to start the project , review it, or check it. The two install people did not arrive until 11:00 the first day and did not come prepared with correct supplies. Later that day I discovered they ordered the wrong tile and had to wait a week with a torn up house. Installers never arrived before 9:30 and were gone by 2:30 each day. No one at office was involved from day one.

Sales staff was very good but field operation was very bad. Lack of supervision, poor quality craftsmanship, most workers didn't speak English or at best broken English. No follow-up inspection by owner. Not responsive to issues after they have their money. I would not recommend.

Hands down the best decision we made during our remodel. Working with Tracey made the process easy, she is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
