I’ve used Mike’s since moving here just over seven years ago. They service my furnace and AC every fall and spring. And they’ve been able to “save” both with repair to each, which has helped keep me from spending thousands of dollars! Monday night my AC went out, I called early Tuesday morning and a technician was here on Wednesday morning by 9am. Thankfully for me, it turned out to be something very minor, a quick fix and he was gone in no time. The past couple of weeks have been awful with something breaking or dying every day. I have spent more money on repairs in 10 days than in my seven years here. It was so nice to work with a local company that you’ve been loyal to and have them recognize that loyalty. A big kudos and a heartfelt thank you to Mike’s!!

I needed a new furnace for the AC/ heating unit. My heat was no longer working and I decided to replace the whole unit as was 23 years old. Mike ordered the unit and it was soon after that an appointment was made. Three men showed up on time. The job turned out bigger than anticipated and they were here for over 8 hours. I also mentioned that I smelled propane. They discovered a leak and replaced the pipe. Though, the job was more than anticipated Mike did not raise the agreed on price. Not only that but he has not yet asked for payment. He ordered the unit on trust. Obviously, I highly recommend him. I SPOKE TO SOON. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My unit was installed in the summer. I haven’t gotten through a season without an issue. Now when I was having issues with the heat. I calle

The company responded to my VM immediately. They sent a technician the next morning at 8:30 am. The technician was Casey. He provided outstanding service. He was prompt, knowledgeable, precise, efficient, very professional and courteous. He rapidly troubleshooted the problem with the heating system and resolved it in no time. He offered advise for maintaining the system and we're keeping it on record. We've owned 3 separate houses in Blairsville, two of which required repair and one required a new system. This company and its employees have consistently provided prompt and excellent service. We'd never even consider using any other company.
