Mill Quarter Parking Ramp

Says $5 for 1-2 hours and $11 for up to 24 hours, but I was charged $15 after parking there for just an hour or two. It hadn't even been 24 hours since I first parked there either, but I was charged $11 upon leaving, and then another $15 just for returning and leaving again (within the same 24 hour period). That's $26 for parking there less than 24 hours, instead of the advertised $11. Anyway, be warned that if you park there you may be overcharged for no apparent reason. Very overpriced, and honestly kind of a ripoff. I'd save your money and park elsewhere.

Reasonably rates and secured. They didnt have rates posted so I was a little worried I was gonna a get ripped off pulling in but I think it was $8 or 9 for 2-10 hours or something like that which was cheaper than most other signs I saw nearby

TAKE YOUR TICKET WITH YOU! There is no sign or instructions mentioned on the ticket, but you need your ticket to re-enter the garage. We got locked out and had to call the parking attendant. Also, the entrance and spaces are a little tight fit for anything larger than a mid-size SUV.

Good and semi secure parking for residents that live near by. I say semi secure only because you can gain entry on foot with no acces card but it has many cameras how strictly they are monitored I do not know. So far so good I have not had a bad experience yet living a block away and getting home from night shifts. Also very affordable.

DO NOT GET A MONTHLY PARKING PASS HERE THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA. I called them to cancel my monthly membership and the guy who picked up said I called the wrong department and put me on hold for over 45 minutes. When I called them back with another phone, that same guy picked up, lied about not being the same person I just spoke to even though he somehow knew my reason for calling before I told him again, and then did what I originally asked him to do himself in 5 minutes. No idea why I needed to be on hold for almost an hour. Then after that my card that let's me in the parking garage stopped working even though I was assured I could park there until April 1st since I paid for March. When I called the office back to fix this issue, they told me it was taken care of. The ne
