As a former cable technician hired by this company to contract installations and service work, I can say this company shouldn't be in the business. They nickel and dime the company they contract for and do not have any cares for how the customer comes out. Their contract only keeps them to insuring 24 hours of service after they have visited the customers house they will rebuild any installation because they get paid for any connector and splitter they replace. If you have a Mill-tel technician show up to your house, I would reschedule. Their technicians have zero training and are motivated to get in and out of your house with as much work done in as little time as possible. Stay clear of any work performed by this "fly by night" operation.

Mill-Tel has done several projects for us at Don Hattan, including our camera systems. Jake is always helping us out and does so on a moments notice. Even if we just need some advice on how to change settings with our camera system, he will give us his input and even stop by on his way home to make changes.

Ian Shelton is amazing, he came down to Wellington to install cable for my mom and dad and did an amazing job

Someone from their place entered my backyard without my permission and left my gate open. I have no cable so nor did I call for services so they had no right being in my yard. Called numerous times to complain and got no answer
