I have used Mr. Appliance numerous times and every time I have been pleased with their work. I also appreciate being notified when the tech is on the way and the photograph of the technician so I know who to look for. I highly recommend them.

Ice maker stopped working. Called Mr. Appliance and they scheduled my appointment promptly. (We also appreciated them sending a picture of the technician. A great customer service addition.) Our technician, Nathan, quickly determined the issue, shared costs for parts and labor, and ordered the part. Soon after, the next appointment was scheduled. It was Nathan again (he told us during his first visit he’d be the one doing the install), showed up timely, replaced the part, and was quickly on his way. Great experience overall and an extra “shout out” to Nathan who was kind, friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and laid out all the options for us. Great person doing quality work.
