My experiences with Wichita Fence Company, Inc. were less than positive. First (non)experience was a previous web request for a bid, which never received a response. The job associated with this request was awarded to another company. The second and final experience was this morning. On Friday afternoon, we made an appointment for today (Monday) at 9:00 AM for a large fence replacement, but no one from Wichita Fence showed up for the appointment. We called to confirm the appointment time. The woman answering the phone (no name given) was very rude (seemingly bothered to be answering the phones) and stated that unless we knew the name of the woman who scheduled the appointment, the error was most certainly our fault. I was very pleased with work they did and appearance of the final product. They were working on uneven ground but the line of the ornamental fence across is straight and the corners and connections are very clean. The repair work on the privacy wood fence looks very nice. My work was due to an insurance claim and there were several delays for insurance approval but WFC was patient and the communication of the office was on point and very appreciated. Jayla was very responsive to returning calls and turning around quotes. She was patient and receptive to answering my questions and came out a 2nd time to meet and discuss options with me to modify my quote when I changed what I wanted done. I would recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

So far I am NOT impressed. Salesperson Nikki came out and was very professional for the bid. That was great. HOWEVER nothing has been great since then. She bid the job on April 18 and scheduled the fence for June 8. We called to confirm on June 7th and was informed that our job was pushed back to June 13. We called to confirm today and was told it was pushed back to July 18...NOT acceptable!! We need a fence for our dogs to run it. They have been leashed up for 7 weeks now. Nikki knew our urgency. We have put half our money down already and the other fencing company's are several weeks out this time of year. They have us over a barrel and I am NOT happy! Sherry Hopper

Great company to work with. Unfortunately I had to exchange one of my gates for a slightly larger one and Maggie was wonderful to work with on the process. Prices are fair and reasonable and the customer service is great.

We had them put in a fence several years ago, then when we had some damage and wanted it replaced and some additional fencing done, we reached out to them. My husband spoke to their receptionist several times on the phone, emailed them over and over Including photos, and was REPEATEDLY assured that they would get back to us. It has now been three weeks and NOTHING!! If you need work done, you cannot count on this company!
