I had an outstanding experience with Millennium Metalcraft. I called them last minute for a precise cut on a metal ruler for a Science Olympiad project, and they immediately welcomed me to stop by. Even though I wasn’t a paying customer, they received me kindly, completed the delicate cut within minutes, and delivered flawless workmanship. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism, generosity, and top-notch skill. If I get an opportunity in the future, I will gladly do business with them.

New ownership and management and it shows. Lack of experience equals lower quality and poor customer service. Ken Watson is missed. Please shop around. Not recommended!

I have been doing business with Ken at Millennium Metalcraft since 1995. Ken's first priority is getting his customers parts that work for them on time. His quality is great and prices are always competitive. We have tried to diversify with other vendors, but Millennium is remains our main vendor (and only vendor again, at the time).
