Very helpful staff! They have pedigree me find some tools I needed and carried out the salt to the truck for me even though it was incredibly snowy and hard to walk. Nice selection of knives too.

I have never visited this Ace before, usually preferring the Greentree location, but when I noticed they had my item in stock, I gave this location a shot. I placed the order online with the intent to pick it up in 15 minutes as quoted on the website. After a few hours had gone by without a pickup email, I ended up calling the store. While I was greeted pleasantly, after I asked if the item I ordered was in stock, the man on the phone said “Hmm, no, probably not. Not until tomorrow.” I would have at least expected the employee to take a moment to look around the store or in the back, especially considering that I had a confirmed order. After asking if the employee could cancel my order on their end to receive a refund, the employee said “I can try! Bye!” And hung up. I was able to cancel

Had to get a piece for a job I was on in West View. Realized while I was at a big box store that they didn't have the main piece that I needed. Called in and was helped out by Rylan and Kyin, couldn't be happier with the service (wish there were more stars to be honest). Polite, informative, and very professional. I'll be coming back here because of the positive experience they offered!
