Miller and Son's Roofing and More

I have never used Miller and Son’s Roofing but I found them online a long time ago and wanted to give them a shot because of the good reviews. I had several projects I wanted to get done and I called them for the first one. I left a message and I was promptly called back by a guy named Joe. I explained what I was looking to have done and Joe talked to me for a good bit about it and I was confident I had made the right choice in contacting Miller and Sons. Joe told me he would come out and take some measurements and get a quote together. I waited three weeks and heard nothing. I called Joe and left a voicemail just asking for an update on the quote. That was a week ago and I still have heard nothing. It’s been a month. I’m assuming Joe has no plans on getting me a quote but it would’ve been
