This company is dishonest and unprofessional. The owner, Scott lied to me about services completed at my home. First, they had two different invoices for the spring clean up. One said the first mow was included and the other did not. After multiple phone calls with the unprofessional secretary, they agreed to do the right thing and include it. I appreciated this, until they lied about coming back and mowing the lawn. I took pictures of the lawn and sent it to Scott. I did not accuse them of anything. I simply asked if the crew for sure came because it did not look like it. He agreed, and said he would come back out to fix it. But then instead of coming to fix it, he said they would fix it next week. I was having a party and wanted the yard cut for that weekend so was not happy. I proceeded

We hire them for spring and fall cleanups. They cut our buried internet line during most recent spring cleanup. They’ve also broken 4 plastic pop up emitter covers and left the shards in our lawn. They don’t apologize or offer to replace it, they just move on to their next job. Today is the last time we’re going to use them.
