Derek Francis is always on time, quick and prompt with his service and any issues or questions we may have they're always quick to resolve.

Miller Mats has always provided excellent service of mats and mops and Bill Wigguns has been the route service rep for longer than I have been in the physical plant office at a college campus, approx 8 years. Bill is efficient, friendly, reliable, and responsive. Follow up from Bill and the office for quotes or designs is fast and professional. There are both owned and rented mats in our contract, and they clean and switch them out like clockwork.
