Very messy and unprofessional! They were repairing gas lines here in my street today, they cut on everyone’s gas on my street but failed to cut mine back on after completing their work, instead gave me a flyer telling me to call Columbia gas to have my service reconnected because his supervisor had left already, first off I have an infant in the home and I have many medical issues, I have called and called Columbia gas and I still. Ant get anyone here to reconnect my gas heat, I’m pretty upset that out of 16 or more houses in the only one who gets left with no heat! I wanna know what u can do about this! I don’t have money to go to a hotel to keep my baby warm! I will be making calls until I get my point made and something is done.. oh and let’s talk about the horrible mess they leave behi

Contractor for Columbia Gas shut my gas off TO PAINT THE METER and never logged it with the gas company. Told him the preceding day that nothing had a pilot it was all piezoelectric or hot surface ignition so no need to worry about leaks. Good job slick, you just cost your vendor an emergency service call to turn my gas on.

This company was doing work on Link Road and has left a trailer and truck abandoned on my small street. Woodside Ave - bushes are growing into the truck. The street is small and this equipment is not only an eyesore but difficult to drive around. Totally irresponsible.

I didn't hire these people, but they dug deep holes in my verge, left the holes for months, and then ripped up ten feet of my verge for their project. They left uneven soil covered with a pile of hay, and my yard is an embarrassing wreck. I called them to lodge a complaint, they promised to fix it, and nothing has happened. They were irresponsible and careless towards my property and concerns.
