Miller's Energy

Their Service Department is awful. I scheduled an appointment a month ago for tomorrow...they texted me this morning they would be at my house tomorrow. They just now called me and said they had to reschedule it to Feb 19th. This is my annual service call on my generator...told them that the orange light had come on my unit. I sure do miss the good old days of ET Lawson when this kind of crapola never happened.

Bryan and Aries installed a new heat pump at my home in Jan 2025. They were wonderful! They both represent Miller's very well. Friendly, knowledgeable, customer-centered, responsive, good sense of humor and professional. 5 stars for both of them.

Millers’Energy Company: Mr. Michael performed a great job completing the yearly maintenance on my unit. Also, Mr. Gavin had to come out to my home to troubleshoot and fix an issue that occurred a few days later.Nevertheless, these two technicians were very respectful and pleasant to me and very knowledgeable about their work. I would like to acknowledge the wonderful ladies on the phone for scheduling appointments and making sure that I was a priority.

Bruce,Noah and Ryan removed my old oil burner and a/c unit and replaced them with new equipment! The crew was at my home promptly at 7:30 each morning! They were precise in both the removal and installation. They were clean knowledgeable, fastidious in their job gracious and very informative. I would highly recommend Millers and this crew to complete any heat or ac job. Wonderful experience for me! Also hats off to Olivia who kept me up to date every step of the way! I would highly recommend Miller's Energy to anyone looking for a professional and reliable company. I have been very pleased with my encounters with everyone from Olivia with whom I arrange my service appointments to Aaron who is often the technician assigned to my jobs. Aaron has been helping me with furnace issues for over a year and each time he is very professional, honest, and respectful. He is "low pressure" and informs me of all of my options. He does a great job representing the company and if it were up to me, I would give him a raise! Way to go, Aaron! Thank you for all you do for me and for your other lucky customers!
