I am a “Nervous Nellie” and Jordan Miller was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Cassandra helped us pick out the best flooring for our needs and Eli… Eli is the most amazing installer on the planet. He is a true craftsman and really cares about doing a great job; traits not seen much these days (unfortunately). He is actually more than a craftsman: he is an artist! This is a top tier family-owned small business. They are easy to work with, keep you informed, and quickly address questions/concerns. But what really impressed me was the craftsmanship of the installation. My house layout has a lot of angles, small closets, a 9' angled 2-step threshold between the family room and dining area, and new baseboards with millions of miter cuts. I haven't found a bad cut in any of the work. Bottomline--it's an efficient, talented operation, with competitive pricing and it you have to wait a bit, it's worth it.
