R & S Concrete

I purchased concrete from R&S today and was off about 2 yards on my calculations. Called in to see if they could send more out. They said they were too busy, so now I have a pour that's 2 yards short with a pump onsite. I knew the guy they were headed to deliver concrete to next (He was less than 1 mile away from my job), so I called him to see if he minded if his truck stopped at my place and gave me a couple yards so I could finish my pour. My contractor friend said that would be perfectly fine. We called R&S back to see if they could send his truck to us first but the owner (Adam) refused because it would take an additional 15-20 min. I never write reviews but whenever I buy something from someone and need a little help within reason and they refuse, I make it a point to never use them
