Needed a new pool liner for 13 yr old pool. They came out and measured, inspected the frame and ordered the liner. They called and showed up on time, did the whole installation. Came back and hooked everything back up. Excellent customer service, great communication. Will use them again.

Called them on may 22 Thursday asking about a part that broke on my pool. The lady said they needed a part #, I found it before they closed and drove the part to the store, was told the person that ordered the part was not there and she would contact me the next day, Friday 23. At 12:38 I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called them, confirmed from they had not heard from the supplier. They were calling them. Well 4pm rolled around and I still haven't heard anything. I called back and confirmed I was speaking with the person that orders, she said give her 30 minutes and she guaranteed me a 30 minute call back!!! Nope and here it is a week later and still nothing!!! But that's just fine, I found the part!!!! This 100 transaction just costed you a lot of future business! A liner replace was n
