Mills Fleet Farm Parking Garage

Not really a review, just thought I'd help out those seeking a better downtown parking garage experience. Next time you find yourself downtown for an event seek out Downtown Auto Park on 4th and Marquette or they have an open lot on 5th and Hennepin. My son is crossing over to maintenance, but used to do attendance on Hennepin. If it's a tall young man with dirty blonde hair in either a man bun or an Afro his name is Daniel and all the clients Love him, he gets along with everyone, he's very attentive. You will have a much better experience. If you go to the ramp you'll most likely smell Fabulouso in the hallway and or elevator. He keeps a clean ship!!! They've been getting lots of compliments since he started cleaning for them. Good Luck on your next downtown parking event. Don't forget,

I would not recommend this parking garage the only bright side to it is its location. They hide the rate for the event until you're so far in line there's no way to back out or change your mind! The rates are absolutely ridiculous!! $65 just to park for Monster Jam event! It is also one of the worst designed parking garages I've seen! trying to get between Levels by foot is a nightmare. There's no area at the top or the bottom of each level to walk between levels I ended up having to climb over a wall to get to the level my car was parked on because I couldn't find any other way to get to it!

Why is there not an option for less than one star? If there was, the Mills Fleet Farm Parking Garage would get it. The only positive is that it is super close to US Bank Stadium, but any goodwill quickly evaporates when you try to leave after an event. First you have to wait in a standing line for access to only a couple of payment machines. Then you get to your car and wait and wait and wait to back up and head to an exit. This particular evening we were trying to get to the Park Ave exit, and even though we were only on the 2nd floor we did not move for 30 minutes! They only had one exit gate open. I suggest management have people pay for Event Parking when entering the garage, and then just open the gates to let people exit when leaving, instead of making people insert their tick

Worst experience EVER in a parking garage. Negative 5 stars. We were stuck in the parking ramp for over an hour after the Morgan Wallen concert. The staff said it’s because they were letting the pedestrians go first. My 8 yo son got sick from all the exhaust from cars just sitting idol for so long. Should have had traffic patrol to keep the flow going.
