We had to replace our 11-year old HVAC system after the evap coil failed for the 2nd time. Patrick handled the quote quickly providing multiple options and listing out the costs and recommendations for each one which was super helpful. After we chose the new Daikin unit with the inverter and variable speed air handler with the smart thermostat Jackson & Travis showed up as scheduled for the install. The installation for the air handler was not that straight forward but Jackson handled the changes very well and kept the install time to a minimum. He was also very helpful in describing the capabilities of the system, setting up the thermostat on WiFi, helping me download the thermostat App and going through the features of the thermostat. First time customer. After getting an estimate from the company I had been using for years, decided to call Milts. Overall cost was significantly less, service technician Sean was excellent. Milts has gained a new long term customer.

We have been customers since last spring when we had a new Daikin system installed. All of Milt's crew have been super courteous and always on time. We had an issue today with an electrical breaker for the heat pump, which Seth quickly diagnosed and remedied. Great service!

Great expeerience as usual with Milt's. They are very responsive and came the same day as my call regarding a heating issue. A part in the compressor had failed and was fixed in about 30 min. under warranty. Milt's cusotmer service has always been great.

We recently had no heat on a very cold day. Austin came out within a few hours and got the heat working again, but said he needed to order a couple of parts. A few days later, the parts arrived and Austin returned to remedy the problem. He was pleasant, professional, and very competent. Our HVAC is under warranty and Austin repaired the system at no charge to us. It was a good experience and we would definitely want Austin to return if we have any additional issues with our system.
