Our landscape firm highly recommended we use Milwaukee Lawn Sprinkler for our irrigation system. They were great on every step. In addition they were excellent at integrating with the landscape team as the sod was laid to ensure water was applied as soon as possible. Very important with the heat this week. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of their work.

I recently called Milwaukee Lawn Sprinkler Corp. to do our spring start up and asked for an assessment of some coverage issues we were having with our system that was installed by another company. The Service Manager Ian came out to start up our system and spent alot of time looking over coverage of all our zones. Ian was very helpful and courteous and took the time to discuss all the issues he found and came up with some suggestions on how we could improve our situation. Absolutely outstanding customer service!! Milwaukee Sprinkler was 1 of 3 companies recommended by our landscaper, with the comment that price was one thing, but the MS customer experience should also be considered. So right! the MS price was competitive and their service is simply superb. Whoever you pick as your sprinkler company is someone you'll be dealing with for Fall shutdowns, Spring startups and the vagaries of "why did my sprinkler app just stop working". In all those situations it will be a pleasure to deal with this company.

Very unprofessional company. We had a disagreement and the owner started yelling at me through the phone, the office staff was incredibly rude. I will say everything was fine when there were no issues, but as soon as an issue arose, this company handled it miserably. Much better options in the greater Milwaukee Area for this type of service, being flexible is in an important business trait, this company does not have.
