Milwood Florist is amazing! The flowers I ordered online were unavailable so they text me letting me know there would be some substitutions and asked if that was okay. I loved her idea for the substitutions and agreed. I let the florist know these flowers are for my mom who is mourning the loss of her husband (my dad). I let the florist know I just wanted my mom to be happy when she saw them. They did just that! My mom loved her arrangement. It’s hard to find a good florist and this one is amazing. Thank you so much!

I prepaid online for an arrangement to be delivered. Millwood Florist called me today to ask if substitutions were acceptable, as several of the flowers I chose were unavailable today. I was very disappointed. I explained how important this person was to me. I asked them to please make the best arrangement available, and treat it as if they were trying to cheer their own grandmother or mother under the same circumstances. I received a picture of it today, and it exceeded my expectations. I'm so appreciative. They've earned a return customer 100%. I can't thank them enough.

I am very, very disappointed in this florist I am from North Dakota and me and my brother ordered my mother What was supposed to be a flower garden basket with a happy birthday balloon and three latex balloons.she ended up getting a cactus basket, no latex balloons and the balloon we did get was popped. And then they ended up delivering it to the wrong address

The house plants they sell are wonderful and the truffles are decadent.... Just recieved this adorable succulent/cactus arrangement in an adorable bath tub planter from my parents for my birthday.
