I am a permanently disabled senior citizen. I just moved back to Susanville, Ca.. The house that I am renting natural gas has been off since the owner moved out. I had the gas turned on. The gas company said that they do not light the water heater anymore. They told me to call a plumber, if I can't get the water heater pilot light lit. So I called 8:10 A.M. yesterday. They open at 8:00 in the morning. I gave them a little time to get ready. I left a message that I needed some service to get the water heater pilot light turned on. They finally called me back at 9:26 A.M.. Glenn said that they had a meeting yesterday morning. That they would come by sometime in the afternoon. I said that I would stay home for their plumber to show up. I waited patiently for their plumber. Their plumber NEVER

Called and I needed a plumber. Left a detailed message. No response, no call back. Called a second time and left a message a few days later. No response. Called a third time and left message explaining the plumbing problem. Absolutely no response. I WILL NOT be calling a fourth time. Moving on.

We had a broken pipe at Eagle Lake on a weekend. He came and repaired it very quickly and adjusted his schedule to accommodate us. The cost was very reasonable. Absolutely no regrets and would recommend him without any reservation whatsoever.

Called made an appointment, they couldn’t get me in for three days. I waited for them and the never showed or called to say they weren’t coming.
