I highly recommend Walker’s. The HVAC in my duplex was found to have black mold throughout the entire system and needed to all be replaced. I called on November 24th and on the 25th Jeremy came after his regular work day to take a look and give me an estimate. They were able to order the supplies needed, replace the furnace, compressor and install all new ducting completing the entire job by December 24. The workers were highly professional, very knowledgeable and courteous as they worked. Samantha, the office manager, was great at calling and keeping me updated on all the details. All in all Walker’s Heating and Air made a terrible situation much better. I would definitely recommend hiring them for any of your HVAC needs.

On Friday night my husband went to turn the heat down before heading to bed. At that time he realized the heater was not working. (This heater is less than a year old.) The next morning it was down to 50° so he set about trying to figure out what the problem was. My husband is pretty darn handy, but knows his limitations. So from that point it became my job to try to find someone to repair the heater. The company we purchased the heater from doesn't have a technician available on the weekends. I started calling and Walker's Heating and Air advertises 24hour service, so I started there. Samantha was wonderful, promising she would get someone out ASAP. I had Walker’s Heating & Air come out to look at my furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They took the time to clean out the PVC condensate line, found and cleared rust buildup, and made sure everything was draining the way it should. They explained the problem clearly, showed me what they fixed, and made sure the system was running properly before they left. My heat is working great again, and you can tell they actually care about doing the job right. Super professional, honest, and fast. Walker’s was referred to me through a home warranty company to come see why I had no heat coming from my furnace. What they discovered was truly shocking; my furnace had caught fire and shut down! I took the opportunity to upgrade to a dual fuel heat pump system considering I needed a full replacement anyway. They talked me through all of my options, worked with me on schedule and installation, and even dealt with the home warranty company for me as well! Nothing with my home is ever straight forward and the guys were hit with one issue after another but they powered through them all and got my system in place and is up and running. I’m very pleased with the work they did to restore heat (and now cooling) to my home!
