Francis was one of the most extraordinary service providers I've ever had. When I called Allen Heating & Air Conditioning, they were able to come out within a few hours. He was professional, respectful, responsive, efficient, and thorough. He also seemed to have a deep knowledge of air conditioners. I will definitely use them again!!
