My furnace quit running on a cold January day, it was 35 degrees inside, I had an emergency on my hands. Made an appointment for that day with Gorgon's, I was assured a tech. would show up between 3-6. by 6 no-one had arrived, and no-one had called. I called them, they said, "now they were to busy to come and asked, would I like to reschedule for Friday? When I pointed out that was 3 days from now and by then all my water pipes would freeze. I asked, why did you set up the appointment? why didn't you call me back as soon as you knew you could not make it so I would have had time to find someone else to do the job? silence and then, "I'm sorry" Are you kidding me!

Our air conditioning stopped during a heatwave and Minneapolis Heating and Cooling Service came to the rescue. Prompt, polite, and professional. The technician worked efficiently and had everything running smoothly in no time. Couldn’t be more satisfied. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me.

I had a problem with my furnace and had an independent contractor come out. He quoted me a ridiculous price so I decided to search other providers. I came across Gordon's and was impressed by the reviews I read. I called and chatted to a gentleman by the name of Danny. He was extremely patient with answering all my questions and at no stage did he try to push me to buy a new furnace which made me feel very comfortable. He told me about the rebates I would be entitled too should I purchase a new one and that the company would take care of all the paperwork. This was the turning point for me as no one prior to this had mentioned rebates and as my furnace was more than 10 years old, a replacement rathe than a fix made more sense in my opinion. We agreed during the call that they would send a technician to our place the next day. Greg the technician came in as had been scheduled and did a very professional work. It took him very few minutes to figure out what the problem was and fixed the unit perfectly. I will highly recommend him and his company to my friends.
