What a wonderful experience. Brian made adjustments to his schedule, to fit into my crazy day. Beyond the scheduled re-keying of three exterior doors, he went above and beyond to make certain all door hinges and lock sets were finely adjusted to provide for the best working order of all. This lock shop was recommended to me and I am so glad it was. I brought in an old lock that I had restored myself and they treated it with the same level of care I had already poured into it. Not only did they get it working again they also made a key for it which I never had to begin with. The way they handled the whole process showed real knowledge and respect for the piece. It is rare to find a place that knows how to work with the past while still making it useful now. Quiet dependable and full of skill this place earned my trust.

Chris and Dana were both wonderfully helpful and friendly! I brought in an unconventional key that was broken in half, which they fixed, and I got some heavy duty key duplicates made as well! Very helpful and knowledgeable!
