Ron was incredibly kind, generous with his time, and extremely knowledgeable. He will absolutely be my first call for any future sewer needs. I reached out to Mpls. & Suburban Sewer & Water to see if someone could review a buyer’s sewer scope report and possibly provide a repair estimate. Even though they don’t service the area where the home is located, Ron personally called me and offered to review the report and share his professional opinion. He spent a significant amount of time reviewing the scope and researching the home’s location-on New Year’s Day! He then called me back the following morning with detailed, honest feedback, without asking for anything in return. Truly one of the nicest and most trustworthy professionals I’ve worked with. Mike, Kevin, and Ron delivered same-day service to clean out some roots from a backed up sewer line. They were quick, courteous, and the their service was excellent. I highly recommend.

These guys did such a good job! They were quick with the work, courteous, and made it a point to share their expertise during the whole process. The pricing was very competitive. One aspect of the job was demo-ing part of a stone retaining wall and then reconstructing it, and it looks near perfect after completion of the job. Kevin and Ron (brothers) are who I worked with from Minneapolis & Suburban. They were both extremely helpful and kind. I had a main line sewer collapse suddenly and they got me in the next day, did a great job, and explained everything well. These guys REALLY know their stuff, too.
