They were so unnecessarily rude. They scolded me over and over again that I should NEVER only have one key for my car when I called to ask about key replacement. You really think that’s news to me right now? You’re a locksmith… this is your entire job. Sorry for inconveniencing you with locksmithing service requests.

My boyfriend is from Texas and came to Minnesota for a visit and we stopped to get a bite to eat and came out and truck wouldn't start.
