I oversaw a project of 40 driveways that Minnesota Roads and Parking Lots did for our townhome association. Despite the difficult logistics, the project went smoothly. Sammy, the job foreman, was great to work with - kept me updated as the project progressed. They did great work and cleared/cleaned the areas for debris after completion. Would highly recommend this company.

Richard is a very hands on owner operator. Who is obviously a perfectionist. Richard junior was so respectful of my tenants parking needs while accommodating them.
