Today, we had our carpets cleaned by Mint Carpet Cleaning. We needed a move out/move in cleaning with special attention to the carpets, high traffic areas, and areas where it seemed things were spilled/spots. We had approximately 1,500 sq ft cleaned, 3 bedrooms, office, high traffic areas, dining area and living room combined, 2 hallways. We received a couple of quotes from different companies in Missoula. We are looking for a move-in/move-out carpet cleaning. Spencer/Aubrey (owners) offered an actual walk-through of the residence instead of just giving a price over the phone. With one call, I was able to explain the situation and was able to schedule a walk-through of property. We found this an important step more than just the rough quote of a price to avoid being the ‘nickle and dime

I called mint carpet cleaning and left 3 messages also went on line to try and schedule to have my carpets cleaned. Not one call returned I would not recommend Mint carpet cleaning they have new owners with terrible customer service old owners were great. So I called Stanley steemer who called me back that evening. My recommendation is do not use mint carpet cleaning call stanley steemer.

Spencer and Aubrey are incredible people who put an insane amount of time and effort into their work. If you are looking for an excellent job, I highly recommend Mint.
