Miracle Method of Charleston

After choosing to not go with two other companies due to unprofessionalism and dishonesty, I chose Miracle Method. They were super easy and professional from the very beginning. Alittle more expensive but long term, worth it. Tyler did our first bathroom by resurfacing the hideous blue tile. It immediately transformed that small bathroom. Then we requested for him to do our other bathroom which he did the bath tub, all the ceramic tile and counter tops. He was punctual, polite, professional and wonderful to work with. I’m very pleased with his work. I’ll update if anything changes but hoping not!

Approximately two months ago, Miracle Method of Charleston completed a bathtub refinishing service at my property. Regrettably, the coating has already begun to peel and deteriorate significantly. The company advertises a warranty on their work; however, my experience suggests a significant lack of commitment to honoring this guarantee. Upon contacting Miracle Method regarding the premature failure, an estimator was dispatched for an inspection. The estimator, Michael Crownover, initially denied a warranty claim for the peeling at the corner of the tub, attributing the failure to "dirtiness" and external factors. I am so pleased with the work Miracle Method of Charleston. The refinishing of two bathrooms had originally been done by the Columbia Miracle Method franchisee who went out of business. When the finish started chipping, I called Charleston Miracle Method. They did a phenomenal job in fixing the previous company's mistakes. They are not only professional (and clearly know what they are doing), but prompt and very easy to work with. I recommend them highly!

From start to finish everyone was great. Our technicianTyler was amazing. He was courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained every step of the process as he refinished the tub. I can't recommend them enough.

I had my kitchen countertops resurfaced and they look amazing. Miracle Method transformed my kitchen from a dark dreary place into an invitingly brightened area in a single day. Larry the technician was very professional and did a great job of prepping the entire area beforehand which made clean up a snap and there were no signs of overspraying at all. I can tell he cares about his work.
