The installer was friendly and very professional. He was here on time and made sure everything was covered. After installation everything was cleaned up. I recommend this process for an easy solution to access your tub/shower.

We found Miracle Method Co. at a local lawn n garden show and liked their way of rehabbing old bathrooms. We visited MM Daytons showroom and spoke vw Becky. This company was communicative, flexible w our schedule, on time and dependable..Their appraiser called before his schedule appointment, their tech ( Dallas) called every morning to confirm arrival time during the work week. We were told this transformation process would be 5 days, and it took 5 days. We are pleased w the outcome. 2 things that bothered me even though they vented our bathroom, was the smell. At times it was overwhelming to us and the other was even though the floor coloring was good ( acceptable to my wife) it was lighter than the sample chip that we had selected! This was a great alternative to having the hole shower/tub replaced. Steven, my tech, was professional and polite. He made the process so easy. AJ l, my project manager, was there both days to check in and see if I needed anything. I was happily surprised at the outcome because I had never heard of having a tub refinished and wasn't sure what it would look like but this looks great.
