Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

They resealed my bathtub when it started peeling after a crummy DIY by the last owners. When Jennifer the office manager heard I was pregnant and due in 3 weeks, she was very kind and rushed out to give me an estimate that day so they could get the work completed well before my baby was born. Omari was our tech, and he was great, very nice and did a great job. It’s such a weight off my mind to have a tub that is properly sealed and freshly re-caulked which was on my husband’s honey-do list.

Waiting for them to come out a 4th time to fix their work. Don’t use them for any of your tile needs. Hired them to redo my tub and tile walls (weren’t even cheapest bid). Tech Nathaniel came out and the first day he didn’t vent it properly so there was white paint dust all over my wood living room floor. When he was done there were multiple areas that needed to be fixed. Top coat had drip marks, top coat wasn’t even applied so it was rough, old tile shown through, he replace some tile and the grout was uneven, he left the paint on my light switch and my window frame. Front office manager was not friendly or understandable, she literally asked me if I could clean it off. It’s not about that - you shouldn’t be leaving a mess for the customer to clean up. Had to wait anther 3 weeks for them

Great work and service by Adam and Jacob. Three days to refinish both a tub and walk in shower. Looks great! And Jacob came on New Year’s Day to finish the project. Price was reasonable and service was great. I recommend them.

Jennifer who answers the phone is top notch! Jacob repaired and refinished our fiberglass tub. It looks great! We are very happy with the results!
