Stars for honestly and integrity. No stars for communication or for the product. Getting in touch with the company is challenging. Response times are long and appointments were cancelled without any communication - this should have been a warning to look elsewhere... The product itself isn't really different from any other tile paint in how it looks or lasts, and it's not waterproof, only barely water resistant. Any area that gets consistently dripped on or water is held against for a few minutes starts to bubble and split. The spaces between tiles are all cracking. It's better than doing the job yourself but be aware that it's not a better product than what you would get from Home Depot or Menards.l, and it doesn't last more than 6 months.

Worked with Adam, he was absolutely excellent.., true professional.., walked me through the entire process from cleaning to application to final buffing! He was on time and worked tirelessly, excellent on clean-up as well. Miracle Method had excellent pricing as well, Thank You Adam!
