Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

A great look instead of new tile and mess and cost of new tile - Miracle method finish looks great, little mess, fast (2-days) and no grout to keep clean anymore. Neat technicians, fix any issues (some of blue tape pulled door frame paint off, they fixed nicely.) Good people to deal with at office. We did kitchen and 3 baths 14 years ago and they still look great. Just redid one bath to change color; and they also patched a 14-year ago area when we just got a new toilet in another bath with some old tiling that was exposed from toilet change. Highly recommend Miracle Method of Orlando.

My countertops are beautiful however the technician broke my retractable screen door. The company is looking after the problem I am very happy with how it all turned out. Would highly recommend!!

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I set up an appointment for a Miracle Method salesperson to come and give me an estimate to refurbish our bathtub. He arrived nearly an hour late (strike 1). I received the estimate and set up an appointment time and date to have the tub refinished. I had a question regarding the bathtub drain. The salesperson told me he would call back that same day with an answer. He never called back (strike 2). The days that I scheduled to have my tub refurbished came, and I sat around the house all morning waiting for them to show up. I finally called the company and they informed me that the salesperson had never scheduled the work to be done, even though he took my deposit and wrote the appointment date on my receipt (strike 3, and you're out). I hired this company to refinish my bathtub, but the experience was very disappointing. The first time they completed the job, there were two big bubbles left in the tub, and the surface was rough—nothing like the smooth finish they had promised. I contacted them and sent pictures of the issues. Eventually, they sent someone out, but it was the same person who did the poor job in the first place. On top of that, they didn’t take proper precautions to protect the area: the floor and sink were left uncovered and ended up splattered with the refinishing product, which has been extremely difficult to clean. The final result did not match what they had assured me, and based on this experience, I do not recommend this company.

I appreciated the professionalism from introducing me to your product and with a sound explanation of the process and what to expect from end result.
