We purchased our Briggs and Stratton generator and had it installed by Mirarchi. Everyone is super helpful and communicative and their work is always top notch.

I originally contacted Mirarchi Electric because they were the local warranty company for Briggs and Stratton generators. We had a Briggs and Stratton automatic generator installed by our normal licensed electrician. From the very start the generator had problems unrelated to installation as was diagnosed by Mirarchi. Over a period of 4-5 months they worked on the issues and supposedly fixed it. Along the way we were met with multiple instances of unfulfilled expectations that they set. We were able to put this aside considering they told us not to worry and they were getting it fixed under warranty even though we felt and voiced there was a lot of time and work going into it on their part for a $3000 generator. Beware of this company! I wouldn’t trust them to plug in my electric toothbrush!
