I would like to share my experience with Miromar Pools. It all started with Leo our salesman. His presentation was professional and his knowledge of pool construction thorough, we had built a pool before. When he pointed out that all of the various trades were Miromar employees. No independent sub contractors! I was sold! The quality of the materials in my opinion were of a high standard coupled with very competitive pricing. We added a bench across the deep end which was no issue to design. The owner, Ms Erica was very accessible during the project at several points. I consider myself very detail-oriented, and before choosing a company, I always take the time to study and research it to ensure quality and professionalism. I visited several projects and spoke with their clients — I was so impressed that I signed without hesitation. Today, my project is complete, and it’s incredible to see how there are companies as complete and professional. Every part of the process is handled directly by their own team — no subcontracting. The experience was excellent, we used the Elite Program which insure the construction of the pool in 30 days. They completed the construction in 22 business days. Their workers were polite, and in some cases, we didn’t notice were there. Our sales rep, Sharon was fantastic, she helped us in the design, and she provided constant updates for the next steps in the permits and construction. We received post-sales support as well, explaining the equipment, warranties and one month of cleaning services.
