We recently bought a home with original oak floors that were in nice shape but needed a refresh. I had Mission City Flooring (Mitch) come out and he gave a really competitive quote for a screen + 2 coats of industrial sealer. He also was able to quote me for installation of new baseboards so everything was finished together. The whole project was completed quickly and professionally. Mitch came to my rescue after a hardwood floor disaster! After staining a hardwood walkway with a cleaning product, then trying to fix it myself, I had a mess on my hands.
