Unfortunately, our experience did not align with some of the other positive reviews posted here. The initial response time—like many remediation companies—was prompt and efficient. However, concerns arose when we questioned the independent test results. We believe that peer review and independent verification are important parts of the process and may not always produce glowing feedback. What truly distinguishes a professional company is how it responds to questions and constructive criticism. In our case, that response fell short of expectations.

Melanie and her team did a fantastic job. Melanie is communicative and on top of things. It was so nice how her team cleaned, boxed up my items and organized them so we we didn't have to deal with a complete mess after the damage that was done to our house.

On two separate occasions, we had the pleasure of working with Melanie and Louis. Both times, they impressed us with their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. Their hard work was instrumental in thoroughly cleaning and restoring our space, making a noticeable difference that we truly appreciate.

We were referred to Melanie by our insurance agent. Although we were not covered for our basement flood Melanie gave our case her immediate attention. Even after calling her after hours she had a crew here the following day by noon! The crew was very courteous, professional and very respectful of our property! I highly recommend them.

We had to have asbestos removed and Melanie took care of everything. She was is constant contact with us every step of the way. We all know how things can get held up during this Covid pandemic but that didn’t hold my job up. The job was scheduled promptly. The workers got here on time, they were polite, accommodating and they made it possible for us to use our home the best we could after they removed all the flooring. For something that could have been a nightmare, this could not have been more pleasant. We even had a pesky neighbor come over and the workers calmly spoke with him too! Thank you Melanie and your team! I would highly recommend them.
