On June 5, 2024, Marcelo came to my residence to provide me with an estimate for a concrete job that requires 33 yards of concrete. He told me that I would have the estimate by the next day. The next day came and there was no estimate. I contacted him by telephone and was told that I would have the estimate by the end of the day. Still no estimate. June 7 arrived and still no estimate. I attempted to contact him by phone and there was no response not even a response to my text messages. Then June 8 arrives and no estimate. I never received the estimate that he promised. He refused all my attempts to contact him by text and phone calls. On June 10 I drove to what was listed as his office address in Wilson and Left a note on the door. As of the time of this review he has not contacted me. As

I called this company on Monday @ 7pm & he came out within an hour and gave me a quote to lay blocks on a concrete slab. He said they would be there on Thursday but to my surprise he was there the next morning due to rain on another job site. Marcelo & his crew had the blocks laid & covered with plastic due to rain coming in in less than 4 hours. Talk about service, this has been a gret experience with him & his crew. Called this masonry company, and the same day he came out to give me an estimate to build brick steps. His workers came out later that afternoon and poured the concrete slab. The next day his workers came out early the next morning and started building my steps. By 2:00 that evening my steps were completed. The steps were gorgeous. If you need some brick work done please call M. L. Masonry. I highly recommend.

The worst most sloppy masonry work I have ever seen. Contracted for small job. Rushed, no pride in work and dishonest to top it off. Expect to be ghosted if you have a concern or complaint.

I called M.L. Masonry to do some work on my brick steps. They were very responsive and did good quality work. I would recommend them for any Masonry work you need done.
