Horrible customer service — would not recommend I reached out to Mll Trees Service and Landscaping after seeing their 5-star reviews, hoping for a good experience. Miguel picked up the phone quickly — but was extremely rude. I simply asked for a ballpark estimate and even sent a clear photo of the job. I understood when he said he’d need to see it in person to give a final quote — that’s fair — but I was just trying to get a general idea to see if it was even worth pursuing. Instead of working with me or being remotely courteous, he refused to provide any RANGE and then hung up on me. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s flat-out disrespectful. If this is how they treat new potential paying customers, I can’t imagine what working with them would be like. Absolutely would not recommend.

I've called multiple times for tree removal and every time Miguel has been friendly and professional. His team does great work and go above and beyond.
