Send multiple threatening texts claims that they will not deliver an appliance p and will charge you a late or cancellation fee if you don't adhere to a strict list of rules that they provide. Then they proceeded to text us three different times over the course of a weekend to confirm that we accept their demands and then they text us at 6:30 in the morning the Day of service confirming with us that we will be there from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and then get another text from them 45 minutes later saying oh shoot one of our technicians is sick we're not going to be able to deliver it today we will need to reschedule this comes after us already taking time off of our schedules and making multiple arrangements with our building to have the delivery done today

Incompetent. Avoid. They installed my dryer purchased through Lowes. The heat didn’t work and they didn’t notice 🤔 Had an appointment to install 2 more appliances from Lowes. I made sure they could do both appliances on the same day so I didn’t have to miss 2 days of work. I even picked an appointment weeks out to make sure they would have everything needed for the install. They showed up with 1 appliance.

Can't speak to their quality as plumbers but their drivers have no respect for those around them. Bike lanes are not parking spaces.

Bought a new Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy and these guys are contracted to install and remove the old unit. We didn’t expect additional costs of $150 to install a shut off value and air hammer under the sink. The installers said they would need to collect that money first before they could hook up our new dishwasher so we agreed because we already paid for the installation cost of $170 through Best Buy and needed a dishwasher ASAP. They arrived on time, slightly earlier than expected which was great. Overall the service was great, we just didn’t expect the additional cost which would be surprising for anyone.
